The accessibilty to transportation makes. Queen 21 an ideal location as long as you know where you are going and how to get there. Food is not a problem either as there are several places to choose from and they are known worldwide. I would have preferred. If the local food places are recommended by the staff would have been better but we did not get any information as there is a language barrier. Overall,the hotel was okay and comparable to a motel rather than a hotel.

The bathroom was a wet type where the floor gets wet and the toilet does too because there are no partitions. The drain was also very slow so the water rises while you are rinsing yourself and would require you to rinse the floor so you do not slip or the next person that uses the toilet. Although the towels were absorbent, it is too small for what a bath towel should be since it is the size of the hand towel that we are used to. It would have also been great to be able to talk to someone who can understand you and not just second guess what you are saying or asking.

The location was good, just a block away from some bars/clubs and the subway.

I couldn't believe they didnt have an iron. The staff spoke no English what so ever.

It was a small room but what really upset me was at 11 pm the cleaning lady was cleaning the room next door and had her music blaring it kept my husband and I up. I had to ask her to turn it down and she only closed the door. Still heard the music. Bed was harder than I expected too.

The hotel is cheap due to its worn-out condition. But it is tidy and sheets and bathroom are kept clean.

It may be disturbing to some that this, and most hotels around, are so-called love hotels with some erotic design elements etc. But really it os of no harm. Behind the desk (not visible) there was old littter and piles of dust. Technical equipment (computer, AC, lighting) was old and less useful.
